This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll manage campaigns across Google, Meta, and a wide range of platforms for a diverse client portfolio — while mentoring a growing PPC team and collaborating across strategy, content, and design to deliver campaigns that truly convert.

What You’ll Do

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Own, execute, and optimise daily campaign operations across Google Ads, Meta, Bing, Quora, Twitter, Taboola, Outbrain, and other platforms for multiple clients
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking, retargeting campaigns, and audience segmentation strategies
  • Monitor account budgets, impression share, Quality Score, and all critical performance metrics daily


Strategy & Optimisation

  • Develop and implement strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign architecture, targeting, and display networks in line with client goals
  • Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve ROAS and CPA
  • Provide creative copy and graphic ad suggestions in collaboration with the content and design teams


Reporting & Client Communication

  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports covering key metrics, goal tracking, and revenue attribution
  • Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor analytics dashboards and highlight key insights and areas of opportunity


Team & Industry Leadership

  • Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to PPC team members
  • Stay current with Google Ads, Meta, and broader digital marketing industry trends and algorithm updates
  • Communicate project progress, timelines, and performance outcomes to team and management proactively


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns with measurable ROI results
  • Proven experience with multi-platform paid media — Bing, Quora, Twitter Ads, Taboola, or Outbrain is a plus
  • Strong command of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager
  • Experience in conversion tracking setup, attribution modelling, and funnel analysis
  • Excellent communication skills — you can present campaign data to clients clearly and confidently
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a strong advantage
