Client success is the engine of everything at BNF Digital. Our Account Managers are the trusted bridge between our clients and our delivery teams — ensuring every campaign, project, and brief is executed with precision, communicated clearly, and delivered on time.

This is a role for someone who thrives on relationships, accountability, and making things happen. You’ll be actively involved in media buying and planning, managing campaign performance, and identifying opportunities to grow client accounts — all while keeping the entire operation running smoothly.

 

What You’ll Do

Client Relationship Management

  • Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients — proactive, responsive, and always a step ahead on campaign progress
  • Conduct regular check-ins, status updates, and review calls to ensure client satisfaction and alignment
  • Manage client expectations professionally, handle escalations calmly, and turn challenges into opportunities


Campaign & Project Delivery

  • Document client briefs thoroughly, validate them against agreed deliverables, and relay them to internal teams via email and kick-off meetings
  • Plan, execute, and oversee delivery of client projects — ensuring KPIs, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met
  • Track performance reports across active campaigns and provide clear, insight-driven updates to clients


Media Buying, Cross-Sell & Upsell

  • Contribute to media planning and buying strategies for client campaigns
  • Identify and act on opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional BNF Digital services
  • Collaborate with internal departments — creative, performance, and tech — to coordinate seamless
    campaign execution


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project management — preferably in a digital marketing agency
  • Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing fundamentals
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools — Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, or similar
  • Excellent relationship management skills — clients trust you because you deliver what you promise
  • Strong problem-solving instincts and time management under competing priorities
  • Collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally and lead without authority
