Every great client relationship starts with a great first conversation. At BNF Digital, our Business Development team is the growth engine — identifying opportunities, building pipelines, and turning cold prospects into long-term partners.

We’re hiring a Business Development Executive who’s hungry to learn, sharp with communication, and genuinely excited about digital marketing and technology. Whether you’re a fresher or have up to 2 years of experience, if you have the drive, we’ll give you the tools and training to succeed.

What You’ll Do

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, JustDial, TradeIndia, IndiaMart, and other digital platforms
  • Build and manage an active prospect list across target industries and company profiles
  • Execute outreach via email, phone, and direct messages to initiate conversations with decision-makers


Client Communication & Relationship Building

  • Maintain consistent, professional communication with prospects and existing clients across email, calls, and chat
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls and meetings to explore client needs and introduce BNF Digital’s services
  • Follow up diligently on leads and keep CRM records accurate and up to date


Campaign & Marketing Support

  • Assist in planning and executing targeted outreach campaigns to attract new clients
  • Support email marketing initiatives and ensure messaging aligns with client objectives
  • Develop industry knowledge in digital marketing trends to credibly represent our service offerings


What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate in any field with 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are warmly welcome)
  • Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing: SEO, social media, content, and paid ads
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs) and digital platforms
  • Self-starter with strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple outreach threads
  • Quick learner who adapts easily to new tools, processes, and client industries
