We’re on the lookout for a passionate HR associate  you’ll be actively recruiting, coordinating, and contributing to real hiring pipelines across creative, tech, and marketing roles.

What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition & Job Marketing

• Draft compelling job descriptions and creative job posts for roles across design, development, marketing, and operations

• Post and manage job listings on LinkedIn, Internshala, Naukri, Indeed, and other relevant platforms

• Source candidates proactively and screen resumes against role requirements

Candidate Coordination

• Maintain and update the hiring pipeline — every stage, every candidate, every status

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and internal team members

• Communicate with applicants through the full journey — from shortlisting through to final decisions

HR Operations

• Maintain HR-related documents, recruitment trackers, and candidate databases with accuracy

• Assist in ad-hoc people operations tasks as the team scales
