What You’ll Do

Video Editing & Production

Edit short-form and long-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
Work on brand-led videos, promotional campaigns, and performance marketing creatives from raw footage to final delivery
Ensure every edit maintains consistent brand aesthetics, pacing, and platform-specific best practices

AI-Assisted Content & Innovation

Assist in creating AI-powered video edits and automated content formats using emerging tools
Explore and experiment with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Kling, etc.) to enhance production workflows
Stay current on short-form video trends across platforms and bring fresh ideas to the team

Collaboration

Work with the marketing team to translate campaign briefs into compelling visual narratives
Support development of marketing collateral including product demos, event highlights, and branded content
Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate on edits with a positive, solutions-first mindset

What We’re Looking For

Working knowledge of Final Cut Pro X — this is a must, not a nice-to-have
Proficiency or familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Solid understanding of social media content formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific trends
Genuine interest in AI tools and emerging video technology workflows
A portfolio or showreel of previous edits (personal projects, college work, or freelance — all count)
Strong attention to detail, time management, and willingness to take and apply feedback
