We’re hiring skilled WordPress Developers who know the platform inside out: from custom theme development to performance optimisation. Whether you’re converting a Figma file to a pixel-perfect theme or extending a plugin to meet a client’s unique requirement, you take pride in clean, scalable code.

What You’ll Do

Theme Development & Design Conversion

Develop custom WordPress themes from scratch with clean, maintainable code
Convert designs from PSD, Figma, Adobe XD, and Canva into fully responsive, cross-browser WordPress themes
Work confidently with premium themes — Astra, Divi, Elementor, WPBakery, Genesis, and Envato Market themes

Plugin & Feature Implementation

Implement and configure WordPress plugins to meet client requirements
Customise and extend existing plugins using PHP when out-of-the-box functionality isn’t sufficient
Build custom post types, taxonomies, and advanced field configurations using ACF

Performance, SEO & Security

Optimise WordPress sites for speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance
Apply SEO best practices at the theme and technical level — site architecture, schema, and page speed
Implement WordPress security best practices and site hardening measures

Collaboration & Standards

Work closely with UI/UX designers and project managers to deliver sites on time and to spec
Maintain version control workflows using Git for all development work

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of hands-on WordPress development experience
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript / jQuery, and PHP
Proven experience developing custom WordPress themes from design files (Figma, PSD, XD)
Hands-on experience with Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, Genesis, and/or Envato Market themes
Familiarity with ACF, custom post types, and the WordPress REST API
Understanding of SEO principles, site performance optimisation, and WordPress security standards
Knowledge of Git and version control workflows
Bonus: Experience with JavaScript frameworks, custom plugin development, or UI/UX fundamentals
